Lynette Ewuchie PA-C is a remarkable individual who has dedicated her life to serve others with a purpose. She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and is now a mother of 3 beautiful children. She is from a long line of leaders. Her lineage comes from Anambra state, Nigeria wherein her grandfather was declared the first king and ruler of Awka, which is now the capital of Anambra state.
She is deeply passionate about serving others and making a positive impact in her community. This led her to establish We R 1 Tribe, Inc with other passionate mothers, who aim to bring people together and serve with a purpose.
As the leader of We R 1 Tribe, she is dedicated to creating a community of compassion, unity, and support. She believes that when we come together and work towards a common goal, we can achieve great things. Her extensive background in healthcare , as a Physician Assistant, has given her insight into the needs and challenges faced by individuals who are often overlooked or underserved.
Her role as a mother has further inspired her to work towards creating a better future for generations to come. She is driven by the belief that every child deserves equal opportunities and a nurturing environment in which to grow and thrive.
With her leadership and the support of the dedicated team, We R 1 Tribe continues to make a difference in the lives of countless individuals, most of all the many families in the diaspora. She is truly grateful for the opportunity to serve and contribute to the betterment of our world. Together, we can create a more compassionate and inclusive society.
Isoken P. Adodo-Ibie, Vice- President

Current Residence: Forney, Texas
Isoken Prisca Ibie is the Vice President for WeR1 Tribe and is responsible for assisting the president in organization, coordination, and implementation of the mission and purpose of the organization. Her focus is in assisting in coordinating activities and programs that focus on the mental and physical health of all mommies who engage with the organization. Healthy mommies are more productive, able to model healthy behaviors for their families and communities, and are happier. Isoken’s passion for mental and physical health drive her as she desires to see each generation be better than the last. Through her role in WeR1 Tribe, Isoken hopes to work with the other members of the Executive Board to establish a community of mentally, emotionally, and physically strong mommies raising the next generation of Nigerian children in the diaspora.
Isoken is married to Aguese Coral Ibie and together they have two daughters, Imuwahen “Muwa” Arie Ibie (4) and Osasere “Sere” Ibie (2). Isoken holds a Ph.D. from the University of Arizona in School Psychology and currently works as a licensed specialist in school psychology . She is the co-founder of The Village Drs., a wellness organization committed to helping individuals develop skills to cultivate a life of peace and love in within themselves and their parenting journey. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the world with her husband and children, eating good food, and developing her interior decorating skills.
Irene Ofure Amayaevbo

Irene Ofure Amayaevbo is the secretary of the WeR1 Tribe and is responsible for taking minutes for meetings and organizing documents and spreadsheets. Irene keeps formal records of the group's process and decisions: the minutes of the meeting. This may include keeping records of correspondence. One of the many reasons for creating WeR1 Tribe is for mommies to know “we’re in this together…you are not alone!” It is vital to create that safe space for mommies within the Nigerian community to raise their children with culture, class, and build a healthy social emotional connection. It is important to break generational curses/trauma in order to ensure that our children thrive in today’s society and become leaders!
Irene is married to Osuyi Amayaevbo for 5 years! They have two beautiful children: Ekiuwa Arielle Amayaevbo, 4 and Osazee Usiosefe-Xavier Amayaevbo, 2. Irene has her Masters degree in Deaf Education from Texas Women’s University and works for Dallas ISD as a high school Deaf Ed Teacher. She is currently in school to become an Educational Diagnostician, where she will be conducting evaluations of children of various age groups to determine if they qualify for special education services and provide instructional recommendations to help them be successful throughout their academic career. Irene has always had a passion for working with children within special populations! A fun fact about Irene is she has an obsession with getting her nails done and has a major bug phobia.
Chioma Francisca Anwukah , Membership Chair

Current Residence: Mansfield TX
Chioma Francisca Anwukah is the membership chair for WeR1tribe organization. Her role involves recruiting parents and children to become members and be involved through the year. In order to obtain new members, Chioma may host special events for the sole purpose of meeting and greeting prospective mommies. In this generation of social media, Chioma also uses sites like Instagram to consistently posts WeR1tribe events which in turn attracts mommies who follow her to want to join the organization. The goal of WeR1tribe is to create a safe haven for mothers where they will not feel judged and most importantly develop life long friendships. Like the saying goes “it takes a village to raise a child,” this is what this organization is all about.
Chioma is married to Chigozie Anwukah for 5 years now. They have two beautiful Children, Gozie Zion Anwukah (4 yrs old) and Zinachi Naomi Anwukah (2 1/2 months). Chioma works for Metrocare services in Dallas as a Psychiatric and Mental health Nurse Practitioner. Chioma chose this career path because she is purpose driven and want to show others they can live a meaningful life even while battling [mental illness].
One fun fact about Chioma: She used to suck her thumb and squeeze her belly button (had an outie) whenever she was hungry or wanted to fall sleep as a child.
Keisha Anulika, Events Coordinator

Keisha Anulika Nzeakor is the event's coordinator of WeR1Tribe and is responsible for initiating and coordinating events to promote the pillars of Faith, Family and Future. Keisha and her team put together events as small as a Sunday brunch or as big as an annual gala or conference. WeR1Tribe wants to have events that allows the Nigerian mothers in our community to learn, feel welcomed and loved and have fun. Keisha is a mother of 3. She has 2 sons Ezekiel 5 years and Ezra 9 months and a daughter Zariah that is 2 years old. Keisha married Brian Nzeakor in 2015. She graduated from The University of North Texas with a degree in fashion design and she is currently a boutique owner, a social media content creator and entrepreneur with her husband. They own a home health franchise NZE-Kare and pursuing real estate ventures. Keisha loves this organization because it has given a safe place to have a voice, to be involved and get connected with Nigerian Mothers that may be going through all the difficulties and pleasures of mamahood.
Established in 2020, WeR1 Tribe, Inc was formed out the observation of a group of mommies that there was a need for community building and support for Nigerian mommies and families raising children in the diaspora. The hope of the organization as and continues to be a safe space for families to grow, learn, and heal while instilling core values that have seen Nigerians thrive around the world.

The emphasis was placed on remembering the importance of a "Tribe" in raising a child and community.

Nigerian leaders. WeR1 Tribe was established on 3 Principles/Pillars: Faith, Family, and the Future.
These principles are embedded throughout the programs and experiences developed by the organization. The organization advocates for mothers and families and encourages the spirit of community activism within its membership. Our mission to support mothers to educate our children in the aspects of the Nigerian culture, developing a love and appreciation for our heritage, and raising children in healthy an nurturing environments.
